Q. Can the Tech Cord be worn in the pool?
A. The Tech Cord is very durable and can be worn in the pool, shower, or ocean. We suggest that after you wear this bracelet in the ocean you use fresh water to rinse off the saltwater; this will help to maintain the appearance. Water will not affect the IonLoop technology.
Q. How do I clean the new Tech Cord bracelet?
A. We recommend that you simply use a mild soap with fresh water to clean the nylon cord; do not put the bracelet in a washing machine. Please note that sun screens, perfumes, and colognes contain indigents, which over time, might affect the vibrant cord colors. It might be a good idea to simply rinse off the bracelet if it comes in contact with any alcohol based product.
Q. How long will the negative ions and magnets remain effective?
A. The magnets and negative ions will last for 3-5 years before the loose their effective technology.

Great Design, But...
I like the look and design, but the sizing is difficult. My first one (L) was too big, and exchanged (M) which is tight. For a bracelet that looks like it is adjustable, a one-size-fits-all version would be better. Giles Parker on 6/11/2017

I have a good size wrist and when I order large they usually are a tight fit. Not this product, I was amazed when I put it on. Can wear it with anything, casual sport or even dressed up. get many great comment on the look. Looking forward to enjoy the benefits from the ions and magnets. John G on 5/10/2017

Awesome bracelet. Had concerns about the size of clip catching/hanging on items but that is not a problem or issue. Received several geat comments about it also. Combined with my Ionloop necklace my back pain is almost none existing. Highly recommend this product! Mark on 2/2/2017

Nice but darker then pictured
The bracelet is nice but the blue is darker then pictured, also I wish they had more size options, I could use one that was between the medium and the large. Mike on 10/5/2016

I like it
I only gave 4 stars because the leather loop that connects the bracelet around my wrist is already showing signs of wear, I have not taken it off since I received it about 2 weeks ago. Other than that it's pretty great. And looks good too. Mark on 7/21/2016

Well made an attractive
To be honest, I'm a sucker for sports jewelry. I own bracelets and necklaces from most of the companies that make health related products of this nature. My Ion Loop is my current fave and as I'm a high school golf coach I haven't taken it off since it arrived. It very well made and sporty looking, I love it!
I also, spoke with their customer service dept to see about modifying the quantiles in the packaging of one of their products to have enough of the thin loop brackets for each member of my girl's golf team and they were very accommodating! Unknown on 4/1/2016
